NO PARKING ZONE / WALK-IN GATE CLOSURE

NOTICE: The area along Powell Ave at the west end of the fairgrounds property line running east to the handicap parking entrance at the creek line has been posted NO PARKING along the fence line of the fairgrounds. Signs were recently posted by the city of Urbana. As a result the Powell Ave WALK-IN gate will be CLOSED. It will only be used for loading/unloading of animals and manure removal. All foot traffic and/or drop offs and pickups during fair should use the main gate on Powell Ave or the Park Ave gate.

Fair Office Opening Reminder

Just a reminder the Fair Office will open Friday, July 11 at 9AM. Hours remain the same;

Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM
Saturday- 9AM – 2PM
Sunday- CLOSED

All passes including All-Week, Parking, Exhibitor, Camping and Wall will be available then.

For additional information call the office at 937-653-2640 during open hours.

Fair Pass Notice

Just a heads up…….over the winter a new fair pass computer, printer and software were installed. During that process it was discovered the already established photos were unable to be migrated to the new system. So, be prepared for a new photo to be taken this year.
