Office hours prior to fair:  M-F: 9 - 6, Sat: 9-2 (open until 11pm during fair)
All-Week Passes, Parking Passes, Exhibitor Passes, Camping Passes and Wall Passes available then.

FAIR HOURS: 7AM - 11PM daily.

RIDES are open 12PM - 5PM and 6PM - 11PM daily.

**NO PETS PERMITTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS DURING FAIR**

Fair Board Meetings: First Thursday of each month, 7PM in the Activities Building. Public welcome. (November meeting is the Election meeting on Saturday)

Public Financial Records: Records are retained at the Fair Office for up to seven(7) years. They are available for inspection during open office hours.

The 2025 Annual Financial Report for the Champaign County Agricultural Society has been filed pursuant to section 1711.05(B) of the Ohio Revised Code. Anyone wishing to obtain a copy can contact our treasurer via email at treasurer@champaigncountyfair.com

A current list of all active Agricultural Society members is available in the Secretary's Office.

Article III, Section 1. The members of the Society must be residents of Champaign County and each member must buy a membership ticket by October 15 to be eligible to vote in the annual election. The price of the of the membership shall be fifteen (15) dollars, and does not include a pass to the fair.
Section 2. All memberships will be issued in the name of an individual. No person shall pay for or secure more than one membership, and the membership shall be for himself. Only those persons who shall be considered members have the right to vote at the annual election or hold office.
Article V, Section 3. Members must declare their candidacy for the office of director of the society by filing with the secretary a petition signed by ten or more members by October 1 of the election year. Only regularly nominated candidates who have met the filing requirements will be eligible for election as a director.
