The Fair Office will open July 11, 2025
Office hours prior to fair:  M-F: 9 - 6, Sat: 9-2.
All-Week Passes, Parking Passes, Exhibitor Passes, Camping Passes and Wall Passes available then.

2025 FAIR: Friday, August 1 - Friday, August 8
FAIR HOURS: 7AM - 11PM daily.

RIDES are open 12PM - 5PM and 6PM - 11PM daily.

Entertainment: To Be Determined

* NO PETS PERMITTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS DURING FAIR**

Fair Board Meetings: First Thursday of each month, 7PM in the Activities Building. Public welcome. 

Public Financial Records: Records are retained at the Fair Office for up to seven(7) years. They are available for inspection during open office hours.

The annual financial report for the Champaign County Agricultural Society has been filed pursuant to section 1711.05(B) of the Ohio Revised Code. Anyone wishing to obtain a copy can contact our treasurer via email at treasurer@champaigncountyfair.com
